VANCA CRAFT was established by Kinnosuke Tanaka in 1890 in Tokyo, Japan as an artificial flower making company. As the times changed gradually, the 3rd generation owner and family member, Shigeo Tanaka-our designer, started to work on handmade crafts with genuine leather. Shigeo has designed and produced more than 1000 different products including stationary, keychains, and desk accessories over the past 30 years, and is still working on new designs each year.
VANCA CRAFT’s 25 skilled craftsmen carefully hand make these fine leather goods and work very hard from our studio in Japan to ensure stock is available for each wholesale product. We create original designs that are not only functional but also fashionable. These delicate works of art cannot easily be made by machine. Our mini-3D-leather Japan made products have received high evaluations throughout Asia as well as Europe. We only work with organically tanned genuine leather using entirely non-toxic materials. The key chains we are introducing here today have been selected as some of our most popular designs and have been loved by many customers for long time in Japan. Q: Can you make an original mascot from a specific design?
A: Generally yes, but please note that since we use natural materials, genuine leather, there are limits to what we can do with it. If the design of the customer’s request is too delicate or exact to express using genuine leather, there is the possibility that we will not able to make the requested design.
Q: Can you print our logo or name on the product?
A: Yes. We can imprint your store logo or message, up to 2 rows of 8 characters, on the keychain (ask for details about other products) at a cost of 20 cents per. Each imprint mold will cost $100 for the initial design, but you can use it over as many times as you’d like on later orders. In addition, we can hand write logos or messages (Black silkscreen print or engrave) for 10 cents per keychain.
Q: Since the products are all handmade, do you have ample stock of every item?
A: Yes, thousands of keychains are made each day by our craftsmen. For each keychain design, we try to maintain no less than 300 pieces in stock at any given moment. Please ask for details for other products.
